The Drum Garden introduce a revolutionary approach to drum tuition specifically tailored to schools.

This total educational package can provide a FREE drum kit and will include our contemporary teaching which can lead to Nationally recognised qualifications, up to A' Level standard.

The equipment is provided and maintained free of charge* by The Boom Room, the Drum Garden's sponsor.

This package has been very successful at Horndean Community School. Horndean is one of the largest schools in Hampshire and we currently teach 60 students at the school, with a waiting list for more lessons. Carl Palmer, drummer of the super groups Emerson, Lake and Palmer / Asia, has performed special master classes for the Horndean drum students, and more events like this are planned for this year.

This exposure to world class drummers is an invaluable learning experience for the students, and only available through The Drum Garden. Horndean has become an official Rockschool grading centre with our help, adding another dimension to their musical reputation.

The Drum Garden has also supplied expert drum lessons to pupils and students of Portsmouth Grammar School, The Atherley School, Staunton Community School Warblington School, Shipton Bellinger School and Havant College.
